Register page stopped working

Hello everyone,
I just received an email from a friend of mine who I designed his site for him. I made a register page that asks for general information that gets logged into a sql database. For some reason it stopped working. Now If you try to register you get this error message.

Error encountered: 554 : Recipient address rejected: Access denied

I have not changed anything in months. Anyone have any idea what it could be??????

What language are you using for the page? Have you tested sending an e-mail directly to the address manually? Perhaps their ISP has for some reason blocked any e-mail coming from the server with the website.

If you can manually send an e-mail to the address, contact their ISP to see of they blocked it and why. If you explain what it is used for, they may allow the e-mails again. They may have misinterpreted it as something malicious.
