Have you tested sending an e-mail directly to the address manually? Perhaps their ISP has for some reason blocked any e-mail coming from the server with the website. </p> <p>If you can manually send an e-mail to the address, contact their ISP to see of they blocked it and why. If you explain what it is used for, they may allow the e-mails again.
