I tried iframes for awhile and should have known better. I hate standard frames, not sure why I thought iframes would be any different. I also am not using includes this version. So, back to the full table layout using basic html and css. Things I am most concerned about:

• font size may be too small
• layout does not fit in browser window
• color scheme (hover link does not look good on top of orange background)

I don't care how it looks in Netscape or Opera as my visitors are at least 90% Explorer. I know that is very un-PC of me, but I'm designing for my visitors.

Oh! and not all the links are functioning right now.

Hi,

Here's my feedback on your site. I like the layout - it's uncluttered and easy to follow. I like the font you used for the title. Also - I enjoyed reading some of your content that you have written.

I found the menu bar a bit hard to see clearly - dark blue on blue, plus the fomt is small

Tha affliates list at the side is not possible to see unless you put the mouse over - but maybe that is how you intend it to be

Just personal taste - the background could be a little less dark - but really thats just my preference and truly subjective.

Overall - looks good, is easy to use. Good job.

Thank you NovaW! The font is called Tom's New Roman. I simply love it. You can download it (and many other fun fonts, like the Tombats series) for free at this site:

very dark. under the links you have a image of something, this has blue specs so is confusing as the links are blue. kind of looks like your confused on a color scheme, white and blue and then orange on red.
I think you need more of a theme going, and something like you affiliates should at least be black and white or blurred so you can see them, looks like that section hasnt been added yet until the mouse wonders over that way.

maybe change the blue/white mouse over around, white normal, blue on mouseover. you also need to add a:visited to your css file.

not sure why your using zero margins but maybe release the bottom one, the page sits hard on the bottom edge so is hard to read the copyright line.

The text could probably be a fraction bigger but is readable as is.

what you dont want to hear Smiling
NS4.7 - just the red and blue tables extend to wide, easy fix and affiliates section is blank
Opera6 - javascript error on affiliats section (images display), kind of looks better in opera than IE

I am not crazy about the font for the title. *don't beat me* I think you should use something with a little more class. It looks like you are hiding the images that you have linked to other sites on the right. I don't think I would use the image opacity filter script (or what ever you call it) on those.

I like how you did your poetry in the pop ups. Oh, I downloaded your grunge brushes. Thought I might give em a try. Thanks! Wink Why don't you do a preview for your brushes? just a thought.

Thanks for the input so far. disaster-master, there is a preview for each brush set. To the left of each listing is an eye that changes to red when moused over and pops up a preview image when clicked on.

If you didn't see them, what would you suggest so their function is more noticeable?

Thanks!

Oh gosh! DUH on my part. I don't know. I think that an eye should really be enough. EYE=SEE. LOL
