Good start as a directory website. Are there any specific reasons to categorize the Directory and not the Links pages (at least order alphabetically unless you put it there for SEO purposes) Also I would go with another web site template. Something still plain but not this green Smiling

This is not a bad site for your first try. Directories are hard because a lot of people do them - i think we've had three or four posted in the last week.

The biggest problem with your home page is that there is really nothing to do here. Usually directories have a list of topics right on the front page. That way people can get into the site right away without having to click around to find out where the links are.

The green colour is a little overwhelming here. If you want to use a bright colour like this, it's best to use it in moderation. So you might have a green header with a white background, for example. This does create a certain look and feel for your site which is quite unique. The black text on the green background is really hard to read as well. I do like the way you've used that dark grey as an outer background. That serves as a nice anchor for the bright green. It sort of ties it back to earth Smiling

The header graphic is also quite good. Again, it creates a good look and feel for the site.

Good luck!

Hello. Very green web directory design. It looks good and quite professional. I like it. But there are a lot of freespace in the bottom of the page. I think tht you should to optimize your google adsence and make your page more compact.

You need to check over the spelling:

Instead of address you put adresse. Also, I think that you could do with formatting the text alittle. Finally, I would agree with Megan, the majority of visitors will be web masters, who will just want to submit their site and be gone, not read through a page of text.

The green is to garish perhaps make it slightly paler? Also loose all the text at the top, or put it in a nice tabe or something, looks untidy and messy - structure it a bit more.
