Bandit,
Views the same in NS & IE, 640x480 and 800x600. That's good. Now a couple suggestions:)

Either center the heading over the actual form or make the form in two columns. The way it is now appears out of balance.

You have plenty of room, so don't abbreviate telephone.

Personal preference of mine, but I would have the default of business/personal to have both boxes unchecked.

Another personal preference, but I always thought the scroll boxes look clunky. I would make it a drop down list and make the default item something like "select one"??

In your question, "what is the nature your occupation", needs an "of" before your.

On the text for the description box you have "design you require, (presume there is a break here)
and also where"

I would put the break after "and also". That would pull the second line in so it would fit over the box. The way it is, it looks un-balanced. Not really bad, just looks a little funny.

fairhousing, first time i copied his url, i got not found error also. realized he had two pages in one address.

Thanx cds,

i'll make the necessary changes.
At least they were small mistakes, heheh.

Don't quite understand what you meant in the first paragraph,
do you suggest that i center the logo "ABC", which is in the top table?

I'll check back, sorry about the url mix-up, i thought you guys would see that there was "and" contacts.html, because i wanted you to see both forms.
btw, they will both be used because some customers have they're own ideas.

i'll check in later.

Just a quick note. (CDS covered all my comments) If you will use the [ url ] and [ /url ] without the spaces around your addresses it will make a hyperlink and help everyone who wants to check your site Smiling

Bandit,
What i was suggesting was to make your input boxes shorter and make two columns, maybe in a format like this:

Go to this URL and you can see what I mean:
Edited:

Would require less scrolling for clients also.

Bandit,
In regards to the actual web page. Love your logo. However, the little one in the top corner needs something. Maybe lose the text underneath it. Can't read it anyway. You're using the big logo on each page anyway, so how about a small "Bandit tm Creations" logo up there?

Like the effect of the rollovers, but maybe a different font. Appears a little fuzzy, or maybe my monitor's going out:) Might try them with maybe Arial or something like that.
