Webmaster Website Login Information Program
I am looking for a software program that will help me manage all my information for the websites that I'm an affiliate of. Specifically, I would like this program to track the revshare, then each website marked by that revshare, their payment information, payout date, etc, incoming and outgoing emails by revshare, payment history and manually entered stats that I choose.
Does anyone know if such a program even exists?

You are going to have to provide more details, but so far if im guessing right no there is not one.
Take like Amazon.com for example. There affiliate program keep daily activity and accounting in their site's database.
Unless you are going to manaually enter each day revenues, there is no way to connect and get that data.
Now for the email tracking, if you asking someone to code it, and want it in php, it has IMAP function that can open, read, and more on emails. From those you can get data like opening a file with fopen().
Tieing sites to revnues is easy with a database.
Now if you just looking for a being the site that OTHERS are affiliated with, then check resourceindex.com it has some scripts. One may fit you needs quite well. However, email is normally not something included(at least the tracking of emails).
