Good Web Based Application Management System

Hi Guys,

I am a newbie here, and its good to be a part of this community.
I was looking for a good web based application management system; Something that can do the following:

1. Give me a separate test environment to test out new code releases before I make them live, thereby reducing my down time.
2. Take backups of my website on my server without me needing to log in to the server... Maybe through a 'click through' web interface
3. Allow me to revert to an older backup version if my site breaks for some reason after a launch.

My main idea is to be able to do it quickly and easily, and maybe provide this functionality to my junior non tech team members who can just 'click away' to application management.

I know of one good service known as BAM! (www.bamtastic.com) that does this. I do like it, but I was looking at other similar services. You can check this one out and lemme know if you know of something similar.

Any inputs?
