" Warning: MySQL server has gone away " -- has gone away - Hallelujah!

I'm installing A LOT of Drupal modules on WAMP localhost using xammplite (planning to use some of Jeeves' forum modules too )

Installing a few at a time, I would get "Warning: MySQL server has gone away" and then all hell broke loose - using Backup & Migrate but had to keep retracing my steps like Groundhog Day.

So I finally found a book page with suggested settings for MySQL my.cnf (not the Windows settings - in xammp it is the Linux architecture)

YAY!
