registerfly as a host?

Does anyone have personal or near-personal experience in dealing with this company as a host? I'm typically wary of using a registrar for hosting but with those prices, it'll take more than my wariness to persuade a client.

Any feedback would be helpful.

I hear many people have bad complains about registerfly hosting.
Some parts taken from other peoples comments about registerfly :

Quote: They're valid, their the main nameservers for one of my servers. I use them for my own domain as well. Also for another domain I registered for a client at Registerfly. Just got notice.....5 times now and still it hasn't worked. Time to harass their support dept.

Quote: bad and ugly. Never "hosted" with them but I sometimes use their registration for .nu domains etc. Horribly slow website, takes forever for customer service to take care of things when something stuffs up and some days I can't even get in there at all.

Tried once to transfer a domain to them only to find out godaddy is gonna hold it hostage for 60 days, took 2 weeks to get registerfly to cancel the transfer request.

But that's just my personal experience, possibly some ppl might have something good to say?

Also they have some problems about credit card processing too.

Thanks. This corresponds with my gut feeling but nice to get some first hand experiences. Support issues were something that popped up on a web search, slow servers were not. Since I'll be hosting a database at this domain, I'd best convince them to move I think.
