Updated Forum Rules

Hi everyone,

We finally have our Rules document copied over from the old site. You can find it here. If you're new here please pay special attention to the advertising and signatures sections.

Moderators will use their discretion when applying the rules. Members with high levels of participation and a strong involvement in the community will be allowed more leeway than new members.
