New signature settings

I just enabled some new restrictions on signatures. These are just settings that verify what is already in our [url=http://www.webmaster-forums.net/faq.php?&faq=twf#faq_rules"]rules[/url] about signatures. This includes no more than 4 lines, no fancy BB code (basic tags, links, and colour are allowed), no images in signatures, and some character restrictions.

Let me know if you have any problems with these settings or if you find them to be overly restrictive. Our signature guidelines are there mainly to ensure that signatures don't become too obtrusive and get in the way of reading content. We want you to be able to do what you want with your signature while still keeping the site easy to read for everyone.
