60 second rule....
"Sorry! The administrator has specified that users can only post one message every 60 seconds."
I've gotten this a few times. It annoys me. I understand that you want to stop spammers, but 60 seconds! Could this be lowered? (15 or 30?)

I have updated it to 45 seconds for you Mark. I have even ran into that error once or twice so 60 seconds may be a bit too long, but I want to keep it at least a bit annoying should someone feel the need to flood the forums. I don't really think you will continue to run into the error with 45 seconds.

Thanks. I have run into that problem too. It is very annoying. I don't even have that option on, on my forums.
