Shoping Script & News?

Ok here is what I want...

I need some simple Shoping Cart that I will put in my EXSISTING html or php pages...javascript, php or cgi...no matter...just that I can easily put it on my pages...by button or some image link...

I need some News Conent where when user submit search filed gets a list of News not like link but that it shows Full or Short story content...

Explanation....

Shoping Cart ---> I have 2 exsisting sites so I want to add only "Add to basket" button or image link...easily and simple...

News Content ---> I want to have Appartment Search...to improvise scripts that some RealEstate sites are using for listing their houses or appartments.User will fill Search filed and News will list result not as links (usualy Search scripts) but as News (3,4 or 5 in each page)...

If you know good and simple Soping Cart or News script that can feelup my requests please post it.
If they can be free its even more suitable.
