Color scheme changer

What would be the easiest way to make a page that a user can select a color scheme from a drop down list and from that it sets a cookie with the color scheme name in it?

Sorry guys. I just found out about this wierd thing called 'search'. I guess it has helped my out a little and I now have a pretty good idea of how im going to go about my scheme switcher.
