Reselling through Pair...

I've decided to start doing reselling. Mainly for my web design clients, but also for anyone else who wants to sign up. Anyway, before my last host (who was someone I knew), I used to use Pair, and loved them. So I signed up with them again.

I have no experience reselling or handling the admin side of that. I have a friend who's going to be helping me, but was wondering if any of you had any advice. It could be specific to reselling through Pair, or just more general about reselling in general.
