Looking for Troubleshooting Guidlines
I am the administrator over several web hosting servers at a large service provider. I want to come up with some guidlines for the customer care folks to go by when dealing with web hosting customers using our service. Are there any guidlines published anywhere that any of you know about that I could use as a template?

I think what you are wanting are troubleshooting guidelines. So if customer has this problem, customer care looks at a list and troubleshoots. Is that correct? What kind of servers are you running, 'nix or Windows?

Yes, that is pretty much what I am looking for, and at that, a basic templete I can modify to suit my situation. I am running both Linux and W2k servers.
