Procedure for Generating CSS in image editor

'm working w/ a .PSD web template that has paragraphs typed in photoshop.
I'd like to convert these paragraphs to HTML text using ImageReady.
My problem is, when ever I export my .PSD files to generate an .HTML page, my text is frozen within the image files.

The PhotoShop help tutorial doesn't completely explain the procedure. And my attempts to figure this out by trial and error haven't worked either. I've attempted to do the following. File/Output Settings/Slices Then set "Generate CSS" and referenced "Inline"; but nothing.

There is a correct procedure for generating CSS and converting text in a .PSD to .HTML text. I know this exist— cause I see the results of it... I've got to learn what the procedure is! Your help is greatly appreciated.
