Possible to search youtube via keyword output as rss?

Hi there. First post here. I've done some research on the 'net, but can't seem to find the answer. Hopefully you guys can help me. Basically, I'm making a new website for a rather small online role playing game. I want to add a multimedia page with links to YouTube videos that players have created and uploaded. There is one problem, though. Once the original page is created, I'm fairly certain that the creator of the game (who is also the webmaster) will not update the page again. After my design is done, I will have no further access to the pages for editing.

So basically, I need a script that would search YouTube for the word "xenimus" and automatically link to the new YouTube videos it indexes and finds and adds it to the current videos page. I wouldn't necessarily want to embed them as much as just add a new link. The creator/webmaster also wouldn't allow third party people to upload videos even with just a simple upload script because of trust/bandwidth issues.

I thought this may be possible with some sort of RSS, but I can't seem to find the answer. Any help with be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: I apologize if this was supposed to go in the Server-Side Scripting forum. I was unsure. Please move it if I posted wrongly.
