position of menu

Displays problem (just header and menu)

problem still with "menu 1" displaying on top of "menu 2"
It displays properly ("menu 1" left side of "menu 2") on desktop

Don't know why the difference
(before problem was width issue - that's corrected - now displays
ok on desktop but not on internet) ???
