The site doesn't have much content, purely becasue the site's function is to provide a means of giving anonymous links on forums and websites
simply by using our site name in front of your link URL

I would just like to hear what other people think about the design, colours and layout

the site is http://redirecting-4u.com

An example for the view when using the sites function is http://redirecting-4u.com/?http://google.com

cheers

Interesting idea, although it took me a while to figure out exactly what was going on. I think a simpler breakdown in a little "Here's what we're about" box above the current text would be nice.

The other problem I have is the menu bar. The gradent just doesn't seem to fit in here. I like how you're trying to bring in the blue, but maybe that could be achieved by making your body headers blue. Why not do another nifty jagged thing here, and make the menu links straight up text.

The last problem I have is the "Advertise With Us" link. I got taken to a totally seperate page (which I understand now is your page too), but this totally bugged me out and made me think you were sketch at first. Make it a little more clear that you're going through the parent company, or make the link only pertain to this website.

Not bad at all. Nice work.

My first impression is good. It has a very nice design and layout. For what the website is made for it does it perfectly!

Slick and clean design. Good job! There might be a missing word in one of the sentences:

Quote: You type our website address in front of your link, and when a user or customer clicks that link from your site or forum they are directed to this site first, then are automatically redirected to wherever the destination is.

The missing word is "they" between "then" and "are". Wink

cool work, but for me, just adjust your fonts little bit smaller than you use and just add some images or graphics too, just to have more designs... nice work... Smiling

I agree with Dragon of Ice, your navigation doesn't match your site and your advertise page completly confused me. Maybe you can change the template on the advertising, or if you use that page for other websites aswell you could put some sort of highly visible identity of the page being yours, on the redirecting site too. For example some people i know have banners saying "site by the Froggers team" on all their websites, it's a good way to promote your sites and prevent confusion.

I hope that wasn't too confusing Smiling

Thanks for the feeback..most welcome!

I agree with you Dragon of Ice on most things, I have changed the "Advertise With Us"
It was a little misleading and I hate myself clicking something on a site and without warning beng taken to totally different site with unfamiliar surroundings
Thanks for pointing that out

As for the other things people have mentioned, I am flat out with other things ATM, but will get around to tweaking this site soon.

The function of the site means most people wont even see the desgin of the full site, which is a shame, but the way it is.

Thanks again!

Nice concept there Greg! The site looks good.
Although the heading is quite big just to contain your LOGO and "advertise with us" text. Have you considered using images or pictures there? Something that would relate to the services you offer. Or you may try using pics on the BODY itself. What do you think? This is just a suggestion Smiling
