I liked the banner. I had a hard time figuring out what you are trying to sell. Parts, painting, accessories?
Second, Find a good GIF reducer. I was able to take off 100K by reducing the color count to 32. (Looks like your only using 39.) I also eliminated duplicate pixels. I use GIF Movie Gear. Check out the banner at

Also could you edit your post so the address is right. You missed the r in fortunecity.

I think the "fortune" for your gif looks bad, due to the fact that the fortune city server is down.
