CSS/Javascript enhanced? - have I got it right?
Hi woody,
Love the pic of the shiny muscley guy LOL. I had a problem in your site, probably because of my monitor size but there wasn't a scroll bar so everything got cut-off without an option to scroll.
One suggestion, the words in the menu are way too close together (again, could be due to my monitor)
I don't like the pop-up that says to adjust my monitor size, do you really think I'm going to do that, reboot and come back? ---actually I may but just for site review purposes

Hi guys,
I've used a lot of javascript and style sheets on my site and need some feedback on how it all turns out. Particularly the layout at 800x600 or higher resolution. I've made it as cross-browser as I can too, so if you have any problems there let me know. Comments on overall look as well please.

- I would get rid of this message:

- Your site though well designed is very dull and need some colour as it almost depresses me
- The drop down lat menu is a very nice touch as are some of the faded bg's.

Can anyone take a look at my changes, I've added a lot of blue and tried to make it viewable in the 3 most common screen resolutions. JP - any chance of another rating?

WOW!!! Love the changes, this web site is amazing---love that drop down menu on the side. Normally I (personally) wouldn't have much fun at a body builders site but I really enjoyed it so I can only imagine what "body builders" will think of it
Thank you for changing the viewing sizes --(my computer had a terrible melt-down last time I tried changing mine)
