Writing in another language?

Hi Guys,

I haven't been around for a while, hope everyone is doing well!

We have recently started doing work in Bulgaria of all places, and have an issue. When pasting Bulgarian text into an HTML editor, it looks fine on a webpage, but in reality the HTML version of the text shows a load of symbols.

For example, this is some Bulgarian:

This is how it looks in the code:

&#1044;&#1086;&#1073;&#1088;&#1077; &#1076;&#1086;&#1096;&#1083;&#1080; &#1074; &#1085;&#1072;&#1096;&#1077;&#1090;&#1086; &#1048;&#1085;&#1090;&#1077;&#1088;&#1085;&#1077;&#1090; &#1087;&#1088;&#1086;&#1089;&#1090;&#1088;&#1072;&#1085;&#1089;&#1090;&#1074;&#1086;

So, as you can see, it doesn't actually write words. Anyone know what to do, or knows of an HTML editor that switches easily between languages?

Hi Rob, good to see have you around again! What exactly do you mean by 'HTML Editor', is this an in-page <textarea> replacement or a desktop application?
