Google's terms and conditions are very strict, so many web publishers cannot use adsense adverts on their sites. They are either denied from joining or in a some cases from google is so little that they start thinking about alternatives. Also, these days a lot number of publishers are also finding their Adsense accounts are being disabled for reasons that are completely beyond their control. Google Adsense has become notorious about banning publishers without giving them proper reason.

I found a good link that compares the good alternatives available for Google adsense... it worth watching

Yes, I agree... AdBrite is doing good work... Also, exit juntion discussed in above link also attracted me more as web masters can use it even if they are are using adsense. Mostly, adsense code don't allow advertising code of other publisher network, but exit junctions works with adsense perfectly hence publisher can earn extra $$

In my side, I don't like adbrite because they don't post an ad links in my adbrite blocks. In the other hand, I meet my minimum payout but still I haven't received my payment.

You are absolutely right about google and i hate this program i had reached $ 121 in 2 and half year where as people are making it within 3 to 4 months by doing incentive click etc..but i have made a good astrology site and my content is original and google also issued my check and i had confirmed it from google office but i didn't get my check it should take minimum of 15 to 20 days to reach at my home but it was 2 months gone i asked about it to google support team but they are replying me that they had hold my check and they are banning my publisher account and when i asked the reason behind it they didn't reply me so friend tell me what what my fault they should at least inform us the reason of banning because in our site we are adding google ads only but at the time of getting reward of it they banning the innocent publishers another thing if you feel that i am telling you lie and i much violate their rules but what about john chow he was earning good from it but google banned him and also hold his huge amount and when he asked about this then google didn't provide him a valid reason so friends i will suggest you all to not to join in such publisher program google is one of the most scam and stupid publisher site.i hate it and i pray top god that google will close down soon and the owners come to road for begging....for money and food.he kicked our belly but one day will come when google will be in our place another company will lead google.
Thanks.

From all my research I have found that google does not like to pay you. If you make very small amounts of money it is ok but if you start making alot they will find some way to cry click fraud and ban you. I have a directory website with 17,000 links and for awhile it was not making much at all on with adsense but the last few days it has been making a good amount of money and now do I have to worry about my account?

Yes i agree i have tried making money with adsense and it is very difficult and recently i tried it with docstoc which gives you an alternative to run google adsense products. You can upload pdf articles which are keyword optimised. But the other day they deactivated my accout as my documents triggered their spam filter they say. What i did i sent 5 documents with 5 variations of make money online fast keyword on their titles and their robot detected spam. i have tried to get my account reistated without success i am still waiting for their reponse. I think i will be looking at cpa offers in the near future.

This sounds to me like a post to promote your service. Although there's nothing bad promoting it, but I just thought you have not said anything bad about it, but all positive and attractive words Smiling

I don't know about the rest of the guys here, but I'd search online for any negative experiences from people who have used it.

Thanks anyway for sharing it here.

Yes. That is what he was doing. And didn't he do well! I might have tried his service. But I found sad news on his site:

"Dear Sir or Madam,
we regret having to inform you that we will be ending
our {{dead site name}} service on 30.05.2011."

Oops, sorry we missed that. Normally we would have removed something so blatantly promotional. As an excuse, that was posted 7 days after our son was born Smiling

Google ad sense is the current leader in the web based marketing. A lot of alternatives are available. AdBrite, Clicksor, Bidvertiser, Chitika etc are best alternatives to Google ad sense.

Bidvertiser have a limited number of advertiser and they displays the same ads again and again even if the content of page doesn't match. I had 1.82 million hits on my site but bidvertisers pay was pathetic I am happy with Adsense as they are the BEST!

You can use the Yahoo network but good luck with that. It's a pretty garbage system.

A goodone is going to websites and getting individual affiliate programs going. Then put them on a rotation on your site. Might pay alot more!

We have an afiiliate program so try us!

If you are looking for PPC alternatives then Adbrite and Chiktika are good alternatives to google adsense. However, I thinks if your really want to earn money, then you should look for affiliate programs. You can earn more with affiliate program than by PPC depending upon your website's contents.

Adsense still the best PPC advertising. Other than adsense, i will say adcenter and YPN, and then followed by bidvertiser

I used Google Adsense but I am not satisfied of it. First thing is that they did not verify me and my site. Second thing I never received verification letter. It is not so good service.

At first I have that feeling too but once you have already adsense account, you will be happy with the results. Well just pick a good CPC keyword with low competition. Actually I avail for a service in fiverr.com wherein they will make your adsense to be accepted and just for 3 days you have your adsense verified already Smiling .

Google adsense pay rate is the highest I dont think other can pay like that, Did you tried adbrite ?

Adbrite and Bitadviser can be a good replacement for Google adsense. But for me Google adsense is still the best one to be use but what important thing is that your content for the website wherein you want to put the adsense, it must have the quality and it pass the Google adsense TOS. Google adsense I think have good pay rate among others aside from being popular too.

Google adsense is strict but you will make the most amount of money from them. However, the best alternative that I have used has to be AdBrite.

The best alternative i found for google was infolinks. They look like hyperlinks and attract a good ctr, plus no danger of getting banned Wink

I am brand new to AdSense. I put the ad code into several pages of my site a week ago. Nothing has happened. The blocks are still just yellow blocks on the site with no AdSense ads there. Are they usually so slow? Since Google doesn't allow me to call them or e-mail them for support, I don't know if I should bother continuing with them.

tangledweb,

If you've had Google Adsense code on your site you should start seeing the ads within 24 hours. Does your site allow you to add code?

I ask this because maybe your site software doesn't allow you to if you've set it up wrong. Drupal sites, for example, allow admins to add code, but not registered users or visitors. You have to make sure you are a site administrator.

Even if you are an administrator on a Drupal site, the default new page content may be set up to default to 'text' or only certain parts of 'html', and may not allow 'code' such as the code used by Google to be entered by default. If you add the code to a page where it's not allowed, then it will allow you to add the code, but it just won't work and the ads just won't display.

Joomla and WordPress have similar systems. You can be a registered 'user' of a site without having permission to publish code.

If you are still having problems, let us know what site software you are using, and whether you are registered as a site administrator or just as a user. The more info you provide, the easier it is for others to help you.

adsense is better than other low-paying cpc/ppc programs.

if you have a site with good traffic, why not try cpm program? in some of case, it will much better revenue than adsense.

Another alternative is http://chitika.com/ they mimic Adsense, but none compare. The only reason you would ever want to use something other then adsense for ppc is if you broke Google's TOS and were forced to look for an alternative.

Interesting links.. I also have thought about alternatives to Adsense. In Norway there are local alternatives, maybe this exists in other countries as well.
