I would be grateful if you guys shared some info about the best places to create website at, and tell me why it is better than others. It should be economical and reliable.
I'm looking to create my own website, so it'll be great help.

To find a freelancer post in the Requsts section here or at webhostingtalk, the best way to find a reliable person is to look for him on the forum and hear other members recommendations.

First of all you tell me how many pages do you want in your website because cost is totally depend on web pages anyway I recently came across a site called *snip* that provides opportunity to create own website with good packages. You can get a complete website for only $1. Hope this will help you.

To the OP: you may look for freelancers at DigitalPoint or SitePoint.
Or use a hosting plan with web design solution incorporated, ask your host if he offers anything like that.
I've seen gowebsite and serverpoint.com offers before, not expensive, might work well if you could get some help from host's support.

If you want to create your personal website, this may be a very good incentive for learning web design, there are plenty of tutorials around, so you may give it a try.
