Solidhost.com and control panels.
On the web site of the one of the known web hosting companies (Solidhost.com) I have found one page:

So I can't get now what this about? Does it means they are resellers or?
I like Solidhost.com's offers and would love to learn of their other offers as well.
Help with any infor will be highly appreciated.

it appears that SolidHost is offering you a choice of control panels
on this page Plesk and Helm4 are offered for Windows hosting
on a different page you may choose between cPanel and Plesk for Linux hosting
they quote a monthly fee for each depending on VPS hosting and Dedicated hosting
Their prices and features appear about average, I think other hosts will not nickel and dime you to have an actual way to access your site on the web
Try checking out web hosting review sites - I like web hosting unleashed - I have no affiliation I just think it is a good site with many actual customer reviews pro and con and easy to use and navigate...
If you have a choice, I would choose cPanel over Plesk for Linux, I am not familiar with Helm4 but I do not like Plesk - ask for a live demo!
