Problems with Drupal Value Hosting

Anybody else having problems with DVH?

My client's site keeps "going away" - the DNS works but the server does not connect or it hiccups in the middle of the connection.

Other times it is fine...

Support has been cagey with him.

I advised him to flee when he is able...
