Mr Site Nameservers

Hi there

Looking for some advice -

I have a client who has a Mr Site website and I'm in the process of rebuilding a site hosted elsewhere.
I updated the nameservers to point to the new hosting well over 72 hrs ago with no sign of changes as of yet.

I've queried their tech support on the telephone and was told to give it the full 48hrs - but that took me into the bank holiday and now can't get them by telephone.

I've also emailed and was told to pay £15 an EPP code - I always thought this was for transferring registrars. I've emailed back for clarification 3 times since last Thursday with no response.

Anyone have any issues in the past with them? and am I correct the EPP code is for registrar changes?

Many thanks
John

What is the URL - I can look it up from my location - it may be some local (you/ISP) caching issues that are in the way... (You can send it via private message if posting urls on the board are un-cool.)

Cheers,
Shaggy.

Responded. I don't see any DNS servers listed on the whois entry for the URL. I've not seen this before...

The domain does resolve to an IP address though... Maybe it's a standard response?

Cheers,
Shaggy.
