Domain concept.
Dear all,
I am a new operator in domain relating concept. I am confused of the serialization. For example, there are 13 root domains and other domains will be added sequentially. My question is that-
wwww.ulab.edu.bd in this domain so far i know edu is the second root domain in 13 domains. I guess edu is the parent of ulab and also bd. I am confused why bd is followed by edu. I think www.ulab.bd.edu is more logical.

www = world wide web
ulab = sub domain - off root
bd = domain name
edu = domain extension
