Do you know VPB LLC?
I would like to know from web hosting owners about technical support. How do you manage your servers? For your own or using outsourcing? I have heard positive reviews on vpb.com services, their offers seems attractive and cheap, what do you know about their phone and ticket support?

Well, I went to their site, and while in the middle of looking at it, this nagging popup came up to chat with them, so I tried it, Both FF and Chome, the chat window opened up with no chat content in it... So much for asking them pre sales questions... If they are that bad before paying them, imagine once they already have the money...
