Problems with NSvIE on frames - resize

Thanks to the people on the board I managed to eliminate a one pixel line between my frames by sing "margin=0" on the target html pages of the frames...
The problem now is that in IE everythings fine, in NS when you resize your browser window, the seam between the frames moves and can tend to overlap.

and give me your ideas.
Also interested on download times. It took 30secs on my present connect 50666.

By my count, total download was 255171 bytes That's a long long long time unless you have a T1 link. Most 28.8 surfers will hit the back button long before the page arrives. And four of the mouse-over images from the top-right menu didn't arrive.

Another problem I had was even with a full 1024 by 762 monitor at full height, your menu was off the bottom of the screen (beyond contact us????)

And to answer your first question .. if the LH frame is a fixed width (not a percentage width) then I'm not sure how you could get an overlap.
