I would not use a framed site for one.
You use far too many globes, maybe just one big one with the logo text following the contour of the globe...?

Is the name of your company "web presence"? If so, maybe use some text effects, maybe integrate a picture of the earth into the design...

Hi! I was wondering if you anybody could make a logo for my page. The url is http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Zone/3688/ I would like color's that go good with a white background. If the logo could have Park & Pat's Playstation Page written on it going a round the inside of a circle. In the middle of the circle could you put a picture of the Sony Playstation. Thankyou!

P.S. My site is being redone so the one that's on the web now won't be there very much longer.
