Another good one is www.eyeball-design.com.

Photoshop is, of course, the best tool for the job. Take some time to learn it if you can - there are a lot of great tutorials out there.

If you don't have access to Photoshop and can't afford to purchase it, try PaintShop Pro - there's a free full featured 30 day demo on the Jasc site (www.jasc.com - mine somehow turned into 60 days). I think it costs about $100 USD. There are a lot of good PSP tutorials out there as well - Web Graphics on a Budget is a good one that comes to mind (sorry I don't have my PSP bookmarks here at work)

If you're looking for tutorials just do a search - there are tons out there.

Golf boy, (cute!)

I don't know if you actually are wanting to CREATE your own graphics or just find some to use.

I have found a couple of sites that will HELP you design graphics, but I have found a number of sites where you can 'get' graphics.

and if you need a banner designed, I suggest digitaldreamsimaging.com

Rather than list all the sites I mentioned above, why don't you tell me what you're looking for first (so that I don't overload this page is all).
