Flash animation and internet Load Speed - My flash animation is very VERY Slow on my site! (Posted b

I have created a flash animation, it is 419k, and it loads brutally slow. The web host tells me that it isn't on their end, but I've seen flash animations much more elaborate and they load alot quicker than mine. My code is:

Is it a problem with file size, type, server speed are all of these? What can I do to optimize my animation? Is their any vendor out there that can optimize a flash movie without losing visible quality? HELP!
