Well it has been a while since my last visit and I can see a few subtle changes have been made. Here are a few suggestions I have:

From the user profile page:

1.Can you add the option of the number of days to display.

2.Create options to have the checkbox options default checked when adding a new topic or replying to a message.
eg. Email Notification
Disable Smiles...
