My perl script is not gettign processed by server

I run a web server on my old Mac 6100 using Quid Pro Quo. I have a forum script that appears to work properly when I run in under MacPerl but the web server does not appear to pass any variables in from the Post command and the server posts a response with 0 byte length.

I modified it slightly to understand Mac file names.
