I registered a domain about a month ago and just got the bill from Network Solutions. Since the time I registered, I have decided that the domain name I bought, I do not want. Can I simply not pay my bill ? And if I don't pay it, will network solutions penalize me in some way?

I also have one that I don't want. I think that it is a great domain name, but I want to create a site that has nothing to do with the Domain name.
