Ok, I've got two problems. Well, one problem really and the other is just an "I don't know what the hell I'm doing" issue.

The website is desertkarting.com

The "I don't know what the hell I'm doing" issue is how to set the footer bar so it never goes up past a certain point on the page. You'll notice on the home page of my site, it covers my newsletter box. I'd also like the footer bar to expand down as my content box gets larger. I'm using a php include to dynamically change content. The workaround would be to just put a bunch of breaks into the included home.php file, but that's kinda lame. I'd like to do it right and I don't know how to.

The other issue is only visible in internet explorer (I'm using IE 6). How At the bottom of the contentbox is a div called contentbottom. The graphic looks jacked up in MSIE I don't even know how to explain it, so if you could just look at the site and look at the jacked up graphic, that'd be great.

Hopefully some genius here will help a noob webdesigner out. I'm no expert, this is my first real webpage so be gentle.
