Trouble with an alignment of DIVs in Tables

Hi! I need to know why a page that I'm designing is having a problem. Once I add content a little passed the fold, the header moves down and my menu acts strange. The page before I add content is fine see here: http://www.miamiresearch.com/2013-Web/physicians-mra.htm BUT... when I add tables below and vertical scrolling increases, here's what happens: http://www.miamiresearch.com/2013-Web/physicians-mra-test.htm

Please help if you can. Thanks!

Jack

This looks fine for me in Opera and Firefox. Is there any particular browser that is showing the problem?

Actually, I just noticed that the alignment shifts to the left on Firefox. Its supposed to look like this screenshot attached. I really appreciate your time to check this out. Thanks! Jack
