Setting background on Flash icons

Hi,

I have some flash icons, set on a background image not a colour. You might be able to make out from the picture I'm about to link to, that the background image is some pictures of the earth.

The only problem is, the buttons look ugly as hell with just a plain colour background (I can do that) but does anyone know how to set a background image into a flash button?
