PHPAdsNew question

Ok I installed PHPAdsNew on my site. Yet when I try to use the FRAME code I get a java error on the page.

http://www.zurax.com/index4.php <-- with content I get object expected
http://www.zurax.com/index5.php <-- without I get permission denied...

Any ideas?
