new program?

Hey guys and girls,

I want to create my first own website
So, I was surfing the web to find some programs which I could use.

I found this blog:

I signed up in this forum, so that I can ask some real professionals as well as normal people whether you know the program yet or what you've heard about it so far. I am a total dummy when it comes to html and all that stuff. And it always drives me crazy trying to set something up in html.
But also, I don't want to buy a program, which is then not good
