Microsoft expression web or Adobe dreamweaver for css

I am planning to buy a css editor .My freinds suggested me for Microsoft expression web 2 .But I think DreamWeaver cs4 is better .Can anyone tell me who have used both .

Please keep in mind that my aim is only css and I am not a web programmer or developer .I am just a css designer .

If you're just doing CSS, I wouldn't fork out $400 for Dreamweaver (and I love DW). Give MS Expression Web a try (since it's free), and if you don't like it, you can find another editor.

When people think of Microsoft and web design/development, they get a picture of FrontPage in their head. But Microsoft is producing some great editors now.

I would prefer Microsoft Expression web rather than Dreamweaver as it is much more easy writing & designing CSS element in Expression rather than Dreamweaver.
