Inserting Data from an XML file into Menus

I am trying to get my webpage to take data from an XML file, and insert that data into 6 different drop down type menus. I am using ASP pages. With some basic HTML, and VB on the site. Does anyone have any idea of where i can start from. I have looked at several websites but don't really see anything of this sort.

I hard coded some of the menus simply by using forms that are linked with each other.
