I use Nvu, and I get a error when I try to publish my webpage.

I use Nvu and whenever I try to publish my homepage I get this message: 421 Too many connections (2) from this IP. What is going on? It doesn't do this when I publish the page that isn't my homepage. I tried turning my computer off and then back on again. What is the problem here? Thanks for your help!
