Flash with XML

I have a script/template I am using for displaying my Interactive Panoramic photos that are done in either SWF or MOV format.

Ideally I would like to have them as .mov but can live with flash, however the problem is that the script i am using in order to put content into the flash you use the xml and input your html in there.

However it will not work at all it shows nothing the only file format it will embed is a .flv

Any help is it possible at all?
