I dont like the color pattern and their is also a typo on the home page (Check out unique art created my local artists. - should be "by"
Needs more content and certainly needs meta data updating.."welcome" is not a good title tag on a home page..doesn't describe the site. Use keywords people will use to find the site.

The index is too minimal, and the sub-pages are not one with the index page. The logos and the title headers are too annoying becasue of the color and the design.
