Their is no doubt that site is well developed but the design color should be professional like use of blue. As you mentioned about the bounce rate then add the required code on the page so that the visitors activities can track and use the cachy content with hold people on the website.

I am a mac user. In my imac display, it looks good. I think the link color should be black or just underline using black color. the more link use blue color is ok. the text is some crowded. You need change some css to make look better.

This looks very professional although a little too much white for me, seems like everyone is white. I like the follow us section at the top with twitter, google+ and facebook.

The site looks good - to get more awareness you may want to consider

A) select targeted online ad-buys

B) social media - setup a twitter or facebook page for the web site/business, and try to run a few little give aways (free service for a year, etc) to get people to join your social media pages, to tell their friends.

C) make sure to get listed in populer directory / index sites
