I mentioned I'm using a 'WYSIWYG' editor. I've discovered that 'Kompozer' is problematic in titling the proper file extensions. So I've checked all that, and changed the file names properly as well. I can cleary see that when a table exceeds a certain length, (top to bottom), that's when it throws off 'centering'. It's clear: please see the added page and you can compare the differences.
