    <description> &lt;p&gt;I think it is due to the fact that most of the time internet provider block some sites. Another reason may be that some time some site block your ip adress and your are unable to open these sites.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Did you check your proxy settings? Sometimes your proxy settings can get messed up. You can only change that in Windows Internet Explorer settings unfortunately.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If it&#039;s not that, what browsers work? Does Internet Explorer, Opera or another browser work flawlessly? Are you getting any error messages? More info would be great, we&#039;ll be able to better help you.&lt;/p&gt;
